A TASTE OF THE DOLOMITI
Tuck into inspired meals that showcase the Tyrolean and the Mediterranean at the hands of ADLER Spa Resort DOLOMITI’s talented head chef, Martino Longo.
Breakfast is a lavish affair that can easily take you through to evening, with delicious diced and puréed fruits, Tyrolean yoghurt-soaked mueslis, pastries, charcuterie, cheese, smoked fish, and a juice bar, as well as live cooking stations where you can watch your morning pancakes, eggs, or meat being prepared.
Dinner is similarly extravagant, with five or six course meals, including buffet-style starters and desserts, and an à la carte menu.
The gourmet dishes are always varied and wholesome, natural, creative, and reflect the changing of the seasons. You can complete your meal with a bottle from the wine cellar, which showcases local producers from South Tyrol and Italy, as well as international wineries.
